No. Rejola does not guarantee a Job. Rejola empowers the candidates to find a suitable job for the 12 month duration of the course.
We provide Job assistance
After completion the first 2 months of theoretical training, based on the various parameters that are measured regularly, the candidate will be allowed to attend various job openings.
Great talent will be absorbed in to Rejola based on opening and the talent of the individual.
We will share the candidate details to other recruiters and they may decide to call for interview if they find a strategic and suitable fit.
What are the parameters that we will measure of the candidate?
The training will progress in a 360 degree holistic approach of total development of
each candidate.
Focus will be towards giving feedback to each candidate on the areas they have to
improve to be employable.
